<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a seal member having extremely high pressure resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a seal member includes: a preliminary molding process in which a resin composition containing resin and filler is formed into preliminary molding material; a calcination process in which the preliminary molding material is heated; a cooling process in which the preliminary molding material is cooled slowly and, thereby, is formed into a resin molded body; and a cutting process in which the resin molded body is subjected to cutting processing, wherein, when the preliminary molding material is thermally expanded in the calcination process, a pressure applied to the surface of the preliminary molding material becomes uneven. Otherwise, in the method of manufacturing a seal member, when the preliminary molding material is thermally expanded in the calcination process, a non-fixed surface is present on at least one part of the preliminary molding material, and the preliminary molding material and a calcination molding mold fit to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
