The air tube (62) includes a sub tube (62a) that is connected to the main tube (61) and extends in a certain direction, and a plurality of branch tubes (62b) that is connected to the sub tube (62a) and extends in a direction different from the direction in which the sub tube (62a) extends. The branch tubes (62b) are arranged so as to be generally perpendicular to the flow direction of the sulfur-content absorbing seawater (16B).</p>
