An analyzing device 100 analyzes a particle system defined in a virtual system by numerically calculating a governing equation that governs motion of particles in the particle system and includes: a temperature calculation unit 110 that calculates a temperature of a particle, which is one of parameters of particles in the particle system; a force calculation unit 122 that calculates a force exerted on the particle assumed to be immersed in a heat bath of the temperature calculated by the temperature calculation unit 110; and a state update unit 126 that updates a state of the particle based on the force calculated by the force calculation unit 122.
