Improved practicality of an electronic circuit component mounter equipped with a moving type component supply device which supplies electronic circuit components to a component holding tool and which is moved together with the component holding tool. Dropped component catch plate 340 is attached to passage-equipped component case 252 which can be attached/detached to/from the head main body of a bulk component supply device. In a state with passage-equipped component case 252 attached to the head main body, dropped component catch plate 340 is positioned below the rotational axis path of a suction nozzle and catches dropped components, while the raising/lowering of the suction nozzle is allowed at the component mounting position by opening 344 and components are mounted on a board. Sheet 346, which is sticky, is affixed to a section open in the above direction when passage-equipped component case 252 is in a state attached to the head main body which includes a section surrounding the periphery of opening 344 of dropped component catch plate 340, and prevents the movement of dropped components. Dropped component catch plate 340 is attached/detached to/from the head main body together with passage-equipped component case 252, and dropped components are removed in a state removed from the head main body. |
