<p>The invention relates to a magnetic-field generator (1) for a magnetocaloric thermal device, including at least one magnetizing structure (2) creating a constant magnetic field within at least one air gap (3), said magnetizing structure (2) comprising a first (5) and second (6) magnetic pole arranged opposite one another on either side of a plane of symmetry (P) and each consisting of a permanent magnet assembly (7,8) and a magnetic-field-generating ferromagnetic element (9), wherein the ferromagnetic element (9) has a surface (F1) projecting from the assembly constituting said magnetic pole (5, 6), and the two ferromagnetic elements (9) of said magnetizing structure (2) are arranged face-to-face, a clearance constituting said at least one air gap (3, 13, 23) of said magnetizing structure (2). The magnetic-field generator is characterized in that it comprises two mounting frames (15, 16) laterally closing off said generator (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50), said frames being arranged in a plane substantially perpendicular to the plane of symmetry (P), and each consisting of a permanent magnet (21) on sidewall thereof opposite said magnetizing structure (2).</p> |
