The present invention relates to a surface heater which weaves a weft and a warp in a twisted structure shape, and is made of a carbon heating fabric treated with carbon impregnation after being treated with a waterproof or a hydrophobic coating on a cut part, thereby preventing a heat leaning phenomenon and enabling an easy cutting process. According to the present invention, the surface heater made of a carbon heating fabric comprises: a carbon heating fabric; and an insulating film which is respectively compressed onto an upper surface and a lower surface of the carbon heating fabric, wherein the carbon heating fabric comprises a fabric in which a plurality of arranged warps are woven with respect to a plurality of arranged wefts in a twisted structure shape; a plurality of waterproof coating units which are formed to be spaced apart at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the fabric and have a waterproof material coated at a predetermined width; a heating unit which is formed to have the carbon material died on the surface of the weft and the warp of the fabric; and at least one circulation path which is arranged respectively on both ends along the longitudinal direction of the fabric. The carbon material is died on the rest fabric, except the waterproof coating unit and the circulation path. |
