The present invention provides a cart capable of improving user safety by assisting an elderly person who has trouble walking in walking. The cart according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame unit, casters, a wheel locking unit, and a stopping unit. The frame unit connects a plurality of frames to form an outer skeleton. The casters are connected to a lower portion of the frames. The wheel locking unit comprises a grip unit connected to the frame unit. When the grip unit is pressed downwards, a wheel lock is unlocked to allow the casters to rotate. The stopping unit comprises a brake handle connected to the frame unit. When the brake handle is pulled upwards, rotation of the casters is suppressed.
