摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a dual zone-type air conditioning device for a vehicle capable of independently cooling and heating a driver seat part and a passenger seat part. The objective of the present invention is to prevent an air conditioner from unnecessarily cooling the passenger seat part even when passengers do not exist in the passenger seat part by restricting the cooling of the passenger seat part in spite of a dual air conditioning mode when the passengers do not exist in the passenger seat part. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the dual zone-type air conditioning device for a vehicle for independently cooling the driver seat part and the passenger seat part by controlling an air conditioner according to a set driver seat temperature and a set passenger seat temperature set by a user in a dual air conditioning mode when a dual mode switch of a controller is turned on comprises: a passenger boarding detection unit for detecting whether or not the passengers board on the passenger seat part and outputting a user on-board signal or a user not-on-board signal; and a control part for restricting the independent cooling of the passenger seat part by controlling the air conditioner based on only the set driver seat temperature without the set passenger seat temperature when the user not-on-board signal is inputted from the passenger boarding detection unit in the dual air conditioning mode.</p>
