<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optically active alkylaminosulfonamide derivative useful in pharmaceutical applications etc., and an optically activeβ-aminoalcohol derivative. <P>SOLUTION: The optically active alkylaminosulfonamide derivative of formula (3) [wherein Rs is a sulfonyl group having an alkyl group or an aryl group; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>are each an alkyl group; and HY<SP POS="POST">3</SP>is an acid] is produced by: reacting a 3-nitrobenzaldehyde compound with a nitroalkane in the presence of an optically active tetraaminophosphonium salt and a base, thereby obtaining an optically activeβ-aminoalcohol derivative; subsequently sulfonylating the optically activeβ-aminoalcohol derivative to produce an optically active aminosulfonamide derivative; and reacting the derivative with aldehydes in the presence of a reducing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
