<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clear and rich plum liquor and a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A plum extract extracted from Japanese plums is added to a raw plum liquor produced from alcohol, saccharide and Japanese plums. The plum extract extracted from lower Japanese plums is preferable.
