<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual image display device that makes excellent see-through observation possible by suppressing an occurrence of image degradation such as a color shift of image light forming a virtual image. <P>SOLUTION: Since a refractive index of an adhesion layer CC interposed between a light emitting section B3 and a light transmitting member 23 that make observation of image light GL and external light GL' possible with respect to the light transmitting member 23 is adjusted as a result that the adhesion layer CC contains adjusting materials, it is possible to reduce an occurrence of image degradation such as a color shift as a result that the image light GL to be recognized receives an unintended reflecting action in an interface between the adhesion layer CC and the light transmitting member 23 and that reflecting light IL and the image light GL mutually interfere with each other. Hereby, excellent see-through observation is made possible. More specifically, a virtual image displayed by a virtual image display device can be made a high quality virtual image and observation of an external world can be excellently maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
