摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cooling device which is equivalent in cooling capacity to a vacuum cooling device using a steam ejector as a decompression means, can realize miniaturization and space saving, can be used in a place without steam equipment, and does not cause defects even when condensed water is frozen. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum cooling device including a cooling pool 1 for accommodating things to be cooled and a decompression means 2 for reducing pressure in the cooling pool 1, the decompression means 2 is configured with a heat exchanger for condensation 3, an air ejector 4, and a vacuum pump 5. A gas-liquid separator 8 is disposed on the downstream side of the heat exchanger for condensation 3 and the gas-liquid separator 8 is connected with the air ejector 4 through a gas absorption road 9 so as to absorb a gas of the gas-liquid separator 8 by the air ejector 4. The gas-liquid separator 8 is also connected with the vacuum pump 5 through the condensate absorption route 10 in order to absorb a condensate of the gas-liquid separator 8 by the vacuum pump 5. After that, the discharge side of the air ejector 4 and the suction side of the vacuum pump 5 are connected, and in the condensate absorption route 10, a bypass valve 16 is formed to close the condensate absorption route 10 at the operation of the air ejector 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
