To reduce coupling between transmission and reception while implementing sharing of polarized waves for both the transmitting band and the receiving band at the same time. Patch antenna (3-T) for transmitting band and patch antenna (3-R) for receiving band, which are arranged at predetermined spacing, include an upper-stage ground conductor (9); a lower-stage ground conductor (19); a feed line (15) which is arranged among the ground conductor (9) and the lower-stage ground conductor (19); a feed slot (13) which is formed on the upper-stage ground conductor (9); a patch (5) which is electromagnetically coupled with the feed line (15) via the feed slot (13); and electromagnetic shielding members (23, 29) which are connected with the upper-stage ground conductor (9) and the lower-stage ground conductor (19) in a state in which the electromagnetic shielding members (23, 29) are located around the feed line (15). The feed line (15) includes independent feeding conductors (15a, 15b) corresponding to respective polarized waves.
