According to the present invention, a ship or a marine structure, wherein LNG is stored and regasified, comprises: a regasification unit arranged in a ship or a marine structure and supplied with waste heat generated in a ship or a marine structure for LNG to be regasified to natural gas; a gas supply unit supplying natural gas regasified in the regasification unit to the land; and a power generation unit arranged in a ship or a marine structure and supplied with natural gas from the gas supply unit to produce electric power, thereby supplying natural gas and electric power to the land.
