<p>A light emitting device in an embodiment comprises a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a first electrode arranged on the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode layer arranged below the second conductive semiconductor layer; a reflection member arranged on the side surface of the light emitting structure, and electrically connected to the first electrode; an insulation layer located between the reflection member and the side surface of the light emitting structure, and covering a part of the second conductive semiconductor layer, the active layer, and the first conductive semiconductor layer; and a conductive layer arranged between the reflection member and the first conductive semiconductor layer, and between the reflection member and the insulation layer.</p> |
