<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer technique that does not require management of a master image of a virtual machine common to a transfer origin and a transfer destination and that does not need reduction of network transmission efficiency even with small throughput or at the time of simultaneous use by plural users. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer origin system includes: means for obtaining first information for identifying data composing a virtual machine image to be transferred; means for obtaining second information for identifying data cached in a transfer destination system; and means for collating the first information with the second information and extracting data corresponding to the first information other than the second information as a transfer data. The transfer destination system includes: means for transferring the second information to the transfer origin system via a network; and means for combining the transfer data received via the network and the data cached in the own system to reconstruct the virtual machine image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
