The present invention relates to a red ginseng dduckgalbi (Korean style grilled short rib patties), which is manufactured by adding concentrated red ginseng to a process of manufacturing dduckgalbi, thereby enabling people to easily take useful components of red ginseng, and by adding Japanese Elm powder, Chinese dioscorea powder and extracts instead of a chemical binding agent, thereby increasing color, physical properties and preference wherein the red ginseng dduckgalbi enables people to easily take useful ingredients of red ginseng and uses natural binding agents instead of the chemical binding agent, thereby making contribution to the public health.
