The present invention relates to a level shifter which comprises: a level shifting unit which converts an input signal with a first swing voltage level into a second swing voltage level in response to a clock signal; a precharge unit which precharges an output node of the level shifting unit in response to the clock signal; and an output unit which latches the output node and outputs it. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the level shifter which performs a precharge and a level shifting motion by a clock signal. |
