The present invention relates to a transparent resin laminate. The transparent resin laminate sequentially includes: a high-hardness hard coat layer which includes a polyurethane acrylic oligomer and has the pencil hardness of 6H to 8H; and an impact-resistant hard coat layer which includes a transparent (meta-) acrylic resin layer and a urethane bond-containing acrylic resin. The present invention also provides a touchscreen panel including the transparent resin laminate as a cover sheet and laminates the high-hardness hard coat layer on the outside.
