a first dispersed phase containing a silicone, wherein the silicone is provided as a non-emulsified silicone and wherein the silicone comprises:
b1) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups per molecule;b2) an organohydrogensiloxane having at least two SiH groups per molecule; andb3) a hydrosilylation catalyst; and a second dispersed phase containing a silicone, wherein the silicone is provided from a water continuous silicone emulsion containing at least one surfactant,wherein the bi-modal water continuous emulsion contains less than 1 weight % cyclosiloxanes. |
