An oil vapor liquefying member and an oil vapor liquefying device having the same are disclosed. The disclosed oil vapor liquefying device comprises: an oil vapor supply pipe where oil vapor is supplied from the outside; an oil vapor liquefying member having an outer pipe where the oil vapor flows and having an inner pipe where a coolant flows and liquefying the oil vapor to form the recovering oil; a recovering oil storage tank storing the recovering oil; and a cooling member cooling or heating the coolant. When the oil vapor is liquefied, the cooled coolant flows through the inner pipe. When defrosting operation is performed, the heated coolant flows through the inner pipe. According to the disclosed oil vapor liquefying member and the oil vapor liquefying device having the same, the present invention is capable of easily and instantly and safely defrosting and preventing danger of fire. |
