a steering wheel including
a central part arranged for facing a driver and a rim that can be rotated in order to steer the vehicle; andair dispensing means for directing an air flow towards the driver; a conduit for conveying toward the steering wheel the air flow coming from an air distribution system of the vehicle, wherein the central part of the steering wheel is uncoupled from the rim, so that the central part remains stationary as the rim is rotated, wherein the conduit passes in a central hole of a gear, the gear being fixed relative to the rim for transmitting rotation from the rim to a steering shaft of the vehicle, and wherein the air dispensing means are located on the central part of the steering wheel.
