<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribe line forming device capable of shortening time required for a forming process of a trigger groove and a scribe line.SOLUTION: A scribe line forming device is provided with a head portion (4) attached with a marking-off member (3) and a cutter member (5); and a tilting mechanism (7) for tilting the head portion (4) so as to bring the marking-off member (3) close to a hard brittle substrate (10) rather than the cutter member (5) when forming a trigger groove (1).</p> |
