The present invention discloses an organic light emitting device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting device includes: a cathode; an anode; and one or more organic layers arranged between the cathode and anode. The organic layers include a hole injection layer, a hole transfer layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transfer layer, and an electron injection layer. The light emitting layer includes a host material and a dopant material. A lifetime enhancement layer is arranged between the light emitting layer and the electron transfer layer.
