FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: polymer structure includes an upper layer and a lower layer of transparent polymer material and a substrate made of opaque polymer material. The substrate has a front and a back side on which information features and identification features are deposited, as well as optically variable printed images, and a photograph of the owner of the document is placed on the front side of the substrate. Security elements are placed on the front and/or back sides of the substrate in the form of bands and/or labels of different shapes made of a transparent film with a protective image. At least one layer of the disclosed structure is made of polycarbonate-based composite material which includes components which cannot be visually detected in the article, such as magnetic microparticles, microfibers, pigments and quantum dots. A method of making a multilayer polymer structure includes making polymer layers containing information and/or security elements, assembling a lamination stack, pressing and laminating. The method includes additionally forming at least one layer of composite material, which contains a polymer matrix in which particles of at least one component, which cannot be visually detected in the article, are uniformly distributed.EFFECT: invention enables to produce a multifunctional identification document having reliable anti-falsification protection.6 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex |
