PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an easy-to-see display for a driver, in an electronic mirror for displaying an image obtained by capturing a rear side of an own vehicle.SOLUTION: When a determination is made that there is no other vehicle in the proximity range of an own vehicle, a control unit 11 displays a captured image acquired from a camera 20, as a narrow angle image in a range corresponding to a field angle narrower than the total angle of view in the horizontal direction, on a display 30. However, when a determination is made that there is no other vehicle in the proximity range of the own vehicle, the image is displayed as a wide angle image, where the field angle in the horizontal direction is wider than that of the narrow angle image. Alternatively, the control unit 11 performs smoothing for image information corresponding to a set partial object region, out of the captured image acquired from the camera 20, and displays the captured image, including the image information subjected to smoothing, on the display 30. |
