FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: in start device for internal combustion engine comprising cylindrical casing with bottom and face cover, movable drive shaft with mechanism converting translational movement of the shaft to the rotation movement, having at one end the piston, creating with the cylindrical casing and bottom the chamber for the work body, and at the next end before the cover the starter ratchet is installed, between the cover and piston the installed return spring, the bottom is made hemispherical or cone, at the bottom top the insulated electrode of positive polarity is installed and connected with source of HV electric pulses. The electrohydraulic effect accompanying the discharge in the chamber with the work body results in abrupt pressure rise of the work body. Under the work body pressure the piston moves in axial direction.EFFECT: use of technical solution under the suggested invention increases the torque on the drive shaft of the starter and ensures fire safety.1 dwg |
