The first semiconductor members and the second semiconductor member are disposed so as to be alternatingly arranged in the carrier transport direction. The first semiconductor members have a width in the carrier transport direction of 5 nm or less, and the distance in the carrier transportation direction between two adjacent first semiconductor members is 3 nm or less. |
