PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device suitable for application as a camera shake correction device, and a camera module and a camera including the lens driving device.SOLUTION: The lens driving device displaces a lens barrel 12 in a direction of an optical axis and a direction orthogonal to the optical axis by cooperation between a magnet 28 and a coil. The coil includes a first coil 18 which is disposed in a position shifted relative to the magnet 28 in a radial direction of a lens holder and displaces the lens barrel 12 in the direction of the optical axis, and a second coil which is disposed in a position shifted relative to the magnet 28 in the direction of the optical axis and displaces the lens barrel 12 in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis. The lens driving device includes a Hall element 50 which is disposed in a position shifted relative to the second coil in the direction of the optical axis and detects the position of the magnet 28 in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis.
