PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether to correct a paper document represented in image data.SOLUTION: An image read section 12 reads an image of a paper document to generate image data. A sticky note detection section 16 detects a sticky note attached to the paper document, on the basis of the image data. A control section 22 executes processing on correcting the paper document when the sticky note is detected. The control section 22, for example, manages correction information indicating that the paper document is to be corrected, in association with information on the paper document when the sticky note is detected, or manages normal-condition information indicating that the paper document is not to be corrected, in association with the information on the paper document when no sticky note is detected. |
