PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device provided with a drive circuit section which highly accurately generates a data signal.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 100 (electro-optic device) comprises: a pixel unit 12; a drive circuit section 30 which drives the pixel unit according to gradation signal to be input; and a gradation power source line 51 supplied with a first voltage. The drive circuit section 30 comprises: an amplifier 61 (conversion unit) which converts the gradation signal to a data voltage when the gradation value of the gradation signal is not a specific gradation value; and a selection switch 62 (switching unit) which switches between a first state in which the first voltage is output when the gradation value of the gradation signal is a specific gradation value, and a second state in which the data voltage output from the conversion unit is output when the gradation value of the gradation signal is not a specific gradation value. |
