<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a precision mold to reduce time to inject a caster through a caster inlet formed over an entire upper surface of a die, and to allow an accurate manufacture of a precision mold through uniform injection of the caster. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture a precision mold comprises: (1) a step of forming a caster inlet over the entire region on the upper surface where the mold is formed, and preparing a first die where a mold shape is formed; (2) a step of preparing and heating the first die and a second die formed with a shape facing the first die; (3) a step of making the first and second dies adhere to each other; (4) a step of injecting a caster to a space between the first and second dies using compressed air, and charging the space between the first and second dies with the caster; and (5) a step of forming the precision mold by applying heat to the caster injected to the space between the first and second dies.</p> |
