PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an axial length of an eccentric swing reduction gear.SOLUTION: An eccentric swing reduction gear 10 includes: an internal gear 28; external gears 24 and 26; an eccentric body shaft 16 for swinging and rotating the external gear 24; a pair of eccentric body shaft bearings 52 and 54 for supporting the eccentric body shaft 16; a carrier 32 in which the eccentric body shaft bearings 52 and 54 are incorporated; and an eccentric body shaft gear 14 attached to the eccentric body shaft 16. The eccentric body shaft bearings 52 and 54 are incorporated into the carrier 32 back to back. An inner ring 52a of the eccentric body shaft bearing 52 is protruded to the outer side than an axial direction outer side end surface 34e of the carrier 32, and the movement in the axial direction of the inner ring 52a is restricted by the eccentric body shaft gear 14.
