<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of variation of a flow channel shape while increasing a flow channel.SOLUTION: When an attachment body 51 of a lid member 50 is attached to an attachment recess 46 of a body member 40, a pair of flange parts 52 provided in the lid member 50 are brought into contact with the body member 40. Consequently, an amount of insertion of the attachment body 51 into the attachment recess 46 is substantially made constant for every product, a main flow path MS and a pair of auxiliary flow paths SS1, SS2, which are formed by the body member 40 and the lid member 50, are enlarged, and generation of variation in shapes of these flow paths can be reliably prevented. By providing the pair of flange parts 52, contact surfaces of the lid member 50 and the body member 40 can be bent. When forming a coating member 60, a molten resin can be prevented from being leaked from the outside of the lid member 50 to the inside main flow path MS and pair of auxiliary flow paths SS1, SS2. This also can reliably prevent generation of variation in the shapes of those flow paths.</p> |
