<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unequal reed end mill capable of measuring a blade diameter by using a micrometer of two-point measurement, even in any place in the axial direction of a blade part, in the unequal reed end mill having a helical tooth made different in a torsion angle by 6×N strips in the tip part side blade part of an end mill body.SOLUTION: A blade part 13 is provided by arranging two sets of helical tooth formed as one set by arranging a helical tooth 13b of the torsion angleθdifferent from that of the helical teeth 13a and 13c between the helical teeth 13a and 13c of the sameθandθin the torsion angle, and the helical tooth 13a of a torsion angleθof a first set, a helical tooth 13d of the torsion angleθof the second set, the helical tooth 13c of the torsion angleθ(=θ) of the first set, a helical tooth 13f of the second set, the helical tooth 13c of the torsion angleθof the first set and a helical tooth 13e of the torsion angleθof the second set, are respectively positioned in a symmetric position of 180°.</p> |
