<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refining device of organic material which can easily form temperature distribution of a part of collecting the organic material.SOLUTION: A refining device includes: a carburetor 5 having a first inner cylinder body 51 in which organic material is supplied, and a heater 53 which vaporizes the supplied organic material; a collector 6 having a second inner cylinder body 61 communicating with the first inner cylinder body 51 of the carburetor 5 and a temperature control heater 63 for controlling a temperature of the second inner cylinder body 61 by radiation heat, and collects the gaseous organic material vaporized by the carburetor 5 at an inner surface of the second inner cylinder body 61; an outer cylinder body 22 which houses the inner cylinder body 51 and the second inner cylinder body 61 inside; a thermo couple 432A which is inserted from an outside of the outer cylinder body 22 to an inside of the second inner cylinder body 61; and temperature control heater control means 44 which controls a temperature of the temperature control heater 63 on the basis of a temperature detected by the thermo couple 432A. The second inner cylinder body 61 includes radiation heat transfer amount control means 70 which controls a heat transfer amount by reflecting the radiation heat from the temperature control heater 63.</p> |
