<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for accurate estimation of the degree of deterioration of a resin coating of a radome, from the solar ultraviolet radiation energy amount for the radome of a parabolic antenna.SOLUTION: Surface of a radome 1 is divided into a plurality of regions 11-15, one of which is selected as an object region, and the cumulative value of solar ultraviolet radiation energy amount during use period of the radome is calculated. Subsequently, the thickness of the resin coating in the object region is estimated from the cumulative value of solar ultraviolet radiation energy amount using a radome resin coating deterioration estimation curve, and the degree of deterioration of a resin coating in the object region is estimated from the thickness.</p> |
