PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely share a common key of an apparatus without using an administrative server.SOLUTION: There is proposed an authentication system including: a function of acquiring authentication information associated with an apparatus 3 by a setting terminal 2 to transmit to a communication apparatus 1; a function of receiving the authentication information by the communication apparatus 1 and creating a common key with the apparatus 3; and a first cipher communication function of performing first cipher communication with the apparatus 3 using the common key.
