PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which can generate a spatial compound image in which an artifact is reduced.SOLUTION: Pieces of frame images A, B, C, and reception data of B are repeatedly acquired in a data acquisition cycle of four frames so that the angular difference of steering angles between two frames in which acquisition of reception data is timewisely the farthest among three frame images used in generation of a spatial compound image becomes smaller than the maximum value of the angular differences of the steering angles between two frame images among three types of frame images A-C with mutually-different steering angles, and every time when the pieces of reception data of the two frame images C and B or the pieces of reception data of the two frame images C and A are acquired, three frame images sequentially generated based on the pieces of reception data of three frames sequentially acquired until that time are mutually synthesized to generate the spatial compound image. |
