PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide product information on a product displayed in a video image providing device to a viewer of the video image providing device when the viewer inputs an interest instruction to the product.SOLUTION: An information providing device is configured to: identify a product that has an interest shown by a user using an input notification; count the number of viewers showing the interest to the identified product using the identification result by the identification; acquire a providing price to the identified product of product providers corresponding to the number of viewers counted by the counting; register product provider information including the providing price; select one product provider providing the identified product to the viewer using respective product provider information on one product provider or more desiring to provide as to the registered product; and allow product provider information on the selected one product provider in association with product information on the identified product to be presented in a terminal device of the viewer. The selection is configured to select one product provider on the basis of the providing price of the identified product and the number of viewers.
