FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: method of dewatering water-containing oil wastes comprises their heating in the enclosed volume with a pressure below atmospheric pressure to a temperature corresponding to the water saturation temperature at the appropriate pressure in the enclosed volume. The water-containing oil wastes are preheated to a temperature of 50-80°C, stirred, and their temperature is adjusted to 100-110°C, then fed into the enclosed volume with the pressure in it of 0.05-0.1 atm, in which the water-containing oil wastes are sprayed upwards with intake and removing water vapour. The thin film run-off of the remaining oil-water emulsion on the surfaces is organized, heated by the low-grade coolants with the temperature of 100-250°C, with intake and removal of water vapour.EFFECT: increase in the degree of dehydration of oil wastes.5 cl |
