FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: method involves source water intake, its cleaning in a make-up water treatment unit with the additional use of reverse osmosis demineralisation at the first 5 and second 6 stages of a reverse osmosis unit 4 and supply of make-up water to at least one recirculated water supply cycle (7,8) of a foundry and rolling complex. Some part of water from at least one recirculated cycle is taken and returned for cleaning to the make-up water treatment unit, and the flow rate of taken water is determined based on a system of equations.EFFECT: drainless water supply to the foundry and rolling complex at maintenance of the required concentration of salts in recirculated water and reduction of capital and operating costs.5 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
