FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for sewing patient's large intestine. Introducer includes tube, which forms first lumen, which has closed end and open end. Size of first lumen makes it possible to place, at least, distal terminal part of sewing head of sewing instrument inside closed end. Hollow tube can have weakened area, which breaks under impact of relieving effort and makes it possible to detach hollow tube from sewing instrument.EFFECT: easy introduction of surgical instrument through patient's anus into lower part of large intestine or into other areas in patient's organism.14 cl, 46 dwg |
