PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a polyamide 9T resin sheet, in each of which complexity can be prevented, when the polyamide 9T resin sheet is produced, and a production cost thereof can be reduced without losing excellent characteristics of a polyamide 9T resin.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the polyamide 9T resin sheet includes: a melt extrusion molding machine 10 for melting/kneading a polyamide 9T resin-containing molding material 2; a T die 20 attached to the melt extrusion molding machine 10 and used for extruding a polyamide 9T resin sheet 1 continuously and downward; a pressing roll 30 in contact with the extruded polyamide 9T resin sheet 1; a cooling roll 40 for holding the polyamide 9T resin sheet 1 together with the pressing roll 30 and cooling the polyamide 9T resin sheet 1 so that the thickness thereof becomes 3-500 μm; and a winder 60 for winding the cooled polyamide 9T resin sheet 1. The temperature of the melt extrusion molding machine 10 when melting/kneading and that of the T die 20 when extruding are controlled to be within a range from the melting point of the polyamide 9T resin to 370°C and that of the cooling roll 40 is controlled to be 160°C or lower. |
