PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition used for internal combustion engine for passenger and commercial four-wheel cars and capable of exhibiting excellent low consumption performance, wear resistance and reliability.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a lubricant composition for internal combustion engine for passenger and commercial four-wheel cars containing a base oil and a composite polyester mixture where the base oil contains at least one kind of poly α olefin, ester base oil and partially hydrogenated mineral oil, the composite polyester mixture contains polyester obtained by condensation of polyalcohol, polycarboxylic acid and monovalent alcohol having an oxyalkylene group, the percentage of content of the composite polyester mixture is 0.01 mass% or more based on the total mass in the internal combustion engine. The high temperature shear viscosity (HTHS viscosity) at 150°C of the lubricant for internal combustion engine is 1.0 to 2.6 mPa s and the NOACK evaporation amount is 40% or less.
