PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing classifier having an emergency stop function and a foreign matter mixing prevention function for preventing the mixing of an unpulverized raw material and powders under pulverization in a pulverized and classified product collected in a product recovery device even when the emergency stop of a pulverizing and classifying line occurs.SOLUTION: A pulverizing classifier 10 comprises: a pulverization chamber 11 composed of a pulverization chamber casing 11-1, a side casing 11-2 and a classification chamber casing 11-3; a rotor rotary shaft 12 rotated and driven in the pulverization chamber 11; at least one agitation pulverization rotor 13 fixed to the rotor rotary shaft 12; an agitation classification rotor 14 fixed to the tip side of the rotor rotary shaft 12; and a first shut-off device 15 disposed at a pulverized matter taking-out port 11-7 of the classification chamber casing 11-3. |
