<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to preferably execute prescribed cold time processing while reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment device having a configuration capable of executing temperature adjustment processing of adjusting a temperature of a supply target by supplying a heat medium liquid whose temperature is adjusted by a thermoregulator to the supply target by using pressure-feeding force of a pump comprises: a fan arranged so as to be capable of cooling a condenser by air newly introduced inside a frame by discharging air inside the frame from an outlet provided on a top plate of the frame; and a control unit for executing, as cold time processing, snow coverage prevention processing 40 for rotating the fan to prevent snow coverage on the top plate after determining that a cold time processing start condition is satisfied when refrigerant pressure in refrigerant piping for mutually connecting the condenser and a compressor, in a state of not executing the temperature adjustment processing, becomes equal to or lower than prescribed pressure (step 22), and freezing prevention processing 50 for preventing freezing of the heat medium liquid by rotating the pump to press and feed the heat medium liquid.</p> |
