PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood coagulation analyzer capable of measuring stably to a contaminant such as chyle without complicating the analyzer.SOLUTION: A blood coagulation analyzer for determining an off-set voltage of scattered light from measurement data of transmitted light, includes a reaction vessel for mixing a sample and a reagent to generate a reaction, a light source for irradiating light to the reaction vessel therefrom, a detector for detecting scattered light emitted from a mixed solution of the sample and the reagent, and a detector for detecting transmitted light transmitted through the mixed solution of the sample and the reagent.
