Disclosed in the present invention is a buckle shifting device for a safety belt. The buckle shifting device for a safety belt comprises: a bracket; a driving motor which is fixated to the bracket; a bearing which is separated from the driving motor, and is coupled with the bracket in order to rotate; a buckle which is fastened to a tongue of a safety belt; a cable which is coupled with the buckle, and whose one side adheres to the bearing in a direction of winding the bearing; a feed screw which is coupled with the end unit of the cable at the opposite side of the buckle; and a gear assembly which mediates between the driving motor and the feed screw. When the driving motor operates, the bearing rotates along with the movement of the cable. Therefore, the buckle shifting device for a safety belt can prevent the buckle from moving in an undesirable direction at a bending point of the cable and ensure smooth movement of the cable because a shifting unit of the cable can shift its direction in a state of adhering to the rotating bearing, and can prevent friction of the cable or prevent excessive load in the motor.
