PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquisition device associated with various information acquisition methods, the information acquisition method, and an information acquisition program.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 114 and a controller 102 within an information terminal 100 image the rear surface of another information terminal, thereby acquiring the production number of above-mentioned another information terminal corresponding to a QR code (registered mark) disposed on the rear surface of the above-mentioned another information terminal and acquiring visible light information corresponding to the flicker of light emitted by a light emission unit disposed on the rear surface of the above mentioned another information terminal.
